expands sales support team with seasoned IT consultant
 EMIGSVILLE,
PA – May 25, 2010 – Vasont Systems, a leading provider
of content management software and data services, today announced
that Elvin Lopez joined its team as Applications Engineer. Lopez
has over 10 years of pre-sales experience supporting sales of
business intelligence, application performance monitoring tools,
and enterprise software. In his role at Vasont Systems, he will
develop and manage strategies for technical solutions for clients
and provide pre-sales technical support for the sales team.
Lopez was an Independent Consultant for Certified Logistics,
where he was responsible for system installations, upgrades,
and reporting. Prior to that, he was a Pre-Sales Principal Consultant
for Computer Associates, responsible for the pre-sales support
of Wily Application Performance Management tools, data warehousing,
and business intelligence. He was also a Principal Consultant
for Team Solutions Consulting, specializing in the post-implementation
of CA products. He attended the University of Puerto Rico, Miami
Dade Community College, and Broward County Community College,
majoring in information systems. Lopez also spent six years
in the United States Army and was promoted to Sergeant.
