What type of information does Vasont Systems collect from you?

We collect two types of information from you: personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable.

• Personally Identifiable Information: When choosing to complete a request form or to sign up for our newsletter, we ask that you provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an on-line form. If you decide to engage in these activities, we may ask that you provide us with personal information such as your first name, last name, title, company, industry, address, city, state, zip code, country, telephone number, and e-mail address. Depending upon the activity, some of the information we request you to provide is mandatory and others are voluntary. If you do not provide the information that is mandatory you will be unable to submit the on-line form.

• Non-personally Identifiable Information: Our Web server automatically recognizes and collects the domain names and IP addresses of visitors to our Web site. The domain name and IP address reveal nothing personal about you other than the IP address from which you accessed our site. In addition, we collect aggregate information as to which Web pages visitors access or visit. We use this information to examine our traffic. We do not collect and evaluate this information for specific individuals. Our Web servers do not record e-mail information of the visitors.

Vasont Systems does not under any circumstances sell, trade, or disclose your personal information to third parties. All information provided on to Vasont Systems is kept confidential. Only authorized personnel of Vasont Systems have access to personal information provided on our Web site.
